The Design Brief
The Drs. King’s outdated and awkward 1970s brick and tile house sits upon a magnificent battleaxe site on Brisbane Water.
The family has outgrown the existing house that once heralded 270 degree views and is now enveloped by an array of imposing neighbouring developments that compromise the once unimpeded waterfront outlook.
The current house does not optimally satisfy the family’s needs or lifestyle.
